30 minutes from the thrills of Universal Studios and 5

villa is situated on a large corner plot with a 28’
west facing screened swimming pool. The deck area offers
the perfect place for sunbathing and outdoor eating. There
is a gas B-B-Q and a covered lanai area. |

large family room has 3 sofas where you can relax, play
a CD/ DVD/ Video or watch the 32” flat screen independent
cable TV. One of the sofas converts into a Queen size
sleeper. |

well equipped kitchen has all the facilities you would
expect; fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher,
waste disposal along with all the crockery, cutlery and
cooking utensils you will need during your stay. |
