Our spacious family air conditioned 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa for 12 people is ideally located at The Palms, Lake Davenport Estates which is 10 minutes from the Magic of Disney, 30 minutes from the thrills of Universal Studios and 5 minutes from numerous Golf Courses.

The Palms is a small community with a good mix of rental and residential properties which offers a community swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and a children’s play area. These facilities are all available free of charge to our guests.

The villa is situated on a large corner plot with a 28’ west facing screened swimming pool. The deck area offers the perfect place for sunbathing and outdoor eating. There is a gas B-B-Q and a covered lanai area.

The large family room has 3 sofas where you can relax, play a CD/ DVD/ Video or watch the 42” flatscreen cable TV. One of the sofas converts into a Queen size sleeper.

The well equipped kitchen has all the facilities you would expect; fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal along with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need during your stay.

There are 2 dining areas giving enough seating for 12.

The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are all to be found in a separate utility room.

There are bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.

There is also a games room which includes a pool table, foosball, air hockey and darts.

There are 3 bedrooms, one being a Queen double with independent cable TV & DVD player, built in wardrobe and an alarm clock. The other 2 rooms are twins and both have built in wardrobes. These rooms have a bathroom to share with bath, shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

The villa also comes with linen and towels incl. Pool towels for 12, 2 sets of golf clubs, cot and highchair, internet connection, and is fitted with a safe.
