Supermarkets

There are several of these located on the US27 & US192, the nearest to the villa being 1 mile south on the US27.

This supermarket is situated on the US27. Turn right out of Lake Davenport Estates, go past the US192 junction and Winn Dixies is on the right hand side.

More than a supermarket. Located 2 1/2 miles North on the US27 from the villa

 

Restaurants

At various locations along the US192. Buffet style offering good value for money food.

Excellent seafood, but also serves steaks and pasta . Many locations along the US192

Only one location by marker 11 on the US192 heading East. Very good Italian restaurant.

One of the original diners offering good basic food. You’ll find one wherever you go!

Fairly new to the area this traditional American family restaurant is already a favourite for breakfast.

Aussie themed restaurant with the best steaks in town.

These are just some of our favourite restaurants, that are near to the villa, however there are many more. Please bear in mind that all the restaurants get very busy between 7pm and 9pm, so if you can, avoid the rush and inevitable long wait at these times.

 

Chemists & Medical Centres

There are several of these along the US192, some of which are open 24 hours.

Medical Centres: There are many in the vicinity and telephone numbers are provided in the Villa house book.

 

Shopping Malls

Florida Mall: Located at junction of Sand Lake Road and Orange Blossom Trail (US17 92) this mall has department stores incl. Saks Fifth Avenue and all the usual shops.

Orlando Premium Outlets: Situated between the I 4 (junction 68) and International Drive. Many big name brands at reduced prices.

Prime Outlets: Located at the north end of International Drive.

Old Town Kissimmee: A collection of small shops selling anything from jewellery to collectables. They also have weekend car cruises and fun fair style rides. Worth visiting in the evening when it’s most alive.
